There is a $35 application fee to apply.


While the following may not be inclusive of the total list of the requirements, the following below are mandatory:


*We require a 12 month signed Lease agreement

*Each applicant must be at least 19 yrs old and older to occupy an apartment

*All potential occupants must be listed on the rental application and forth coming lease to be signed

*Income verification, credit history, and rental history for all applicants will be investigated and verified

*False information provided on a rental application immediately disqualifies the application

*Required documentation – Photo ID, Social Security Card to verify applicants Identity

*Gross Income must be 3 times the monthly rent

*Proof of employment must be provided by submitting last 3 check stubs and if you have changed employment within the last 6 months you must provide verifiable employment information

*There can be no unpaid collections or past due accounts

*There can be no debt owed to any Landlord, management company, apartment community etc

*There can be no Bankruptcies, foreclosures or judgements

*No felony convictions will be accepted

An extensive negative credit history is grounds for the denial of the application- We do not discuss individual credit reports with an applicant. You will need to contact the credit bureau that made the report to discuss or dispute anything in your credit report.


Upon approval for Tenancy, applicants will be contacted to schedule a move in date, make necessary deposits and sign Lease to establish utilities. All utility confirmations and move in fees (first month’s rent, security deposit, pet deposits and utility transfer fee) MUST be submitted and paid in full prior to receiving any keys.
